The principal beneficiaries of the estate of Pam & Harold Silver namely Vicki & Claire Silver have established a special Memorial Fund to further the outstanding work of their parents.
Co-Honorary President of Deaf Aspirations, Andrew dedicated his life to breaking down barriers between deaf and hearing and was a great role model. His funeral service took place on Monday, 9th January, 2023
